Kaihara Mills Organic Redline Selvedge – 13.75oz

Woven by Kaihara Mills in Fukuyama, Japan, the world’s largest premium denim producer and the mill behind some of the industry’s most sought after selvedge fabrics. This 13.75oz cloth is spun from 100% organic cotton and rope dyed in deep indigo on traditional shuttle looms, finished with a classic red selvedge ID. A mid weight, right hand twill built to fade with character and hold up to years of wear.

Denim/Canvas/Whipcord
Wash at 30°C / 86°F with low or no spin. Hang dry. Do not tumble dry.
Denim: a first soak in a tub/sink is fine.
Waxed canvas: Spot clean with cold water only! Never machine wash, dry clean, or use heat.

Leather products
Clean with mild soap/leather cleaner and a soft cloth. Wipe with a damp cloth and air dry away from heat/sun. Condition with leather grease. For extra dryness, use leather oil.

Shrinkage & stretch
Not pre-washed: expect up to 1″ shrinkage in waist and inseam. With wear, the waist/high-stress areas stretch back about 1″.

Length runs from the base of the collar down to the hem. Chest, shoulder, sleeve and hem are the same across the whole jacket lineup.
