Duties & Taxes Included
We ship all orders DDP — Delivered Duty Paid.
That means the price you see on our website is the price you pay.
No import duty, VAT, or customs handling fees will be charged on delivery.
Production & Delivery Time
Every SOSOBROTHERS piece is handmade to order, not picked from a warehouse.
Our current production time is usually up to 7 weeks. If your order is finished earlier, we ship it earlier. Once your order is ready, DHL Express delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.
Orders with 33oz denim, several measurement changes, or orders placed during busy sale periods may take the full production time.
Place another order within 7 days and we’ll cover the second shipping fee. If possible, both orders will ship together.
Where are your products made? Where do they ship from?
We manage a small team in Bangkok and Southern Thailand. Our focus is always on quality and taking the time to make sure each piece meets our highest standards.
can i change my order? change my address? or cancel my order?
Changing your shipping address is possible before your products leaves our factory. If your parcel has left our factory please email jannis@sosobrothers.com

Manufacturing Defects
We take the outmost pride in crafting our products. If you encounter a manufacturing defect we’ll replace your product free of charge. If your fabric isn’t available, we’ll offer a similar or alternative fabric.
Returns
We are a custom made brand and all products are made to your specifications. Because of this, we cannot accept returns on custom products.
What's my size?
Take measurements from well-fitting garment similar to what you’re ordering. Then follow our simple size guidelines. Remember, sizing may differ from your previous favorite brand! We are always here to steer you in the right direction if you need help. We are your denim brothers in arms!
Since each product is made by hand, working with thicker fabrics than normal, and adjustments to patterns, sizing variation may occur. The thickness of the material affects how it folds, which can also contribute to these differences.
How do i care for my SOSOBROTHERS products?
Our fabrics are pre-shrunk but still expect some shrinkage. We recommend wearing your products for at least 30 days to counter any shrinkage. You can always learn more in our Product Care Guides.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Discovery. We also accept KLARNA and Paypal and Swish.
