Ordering twice?
Place a second order within 7 days and we’ll cover the second shipping fee. If possible, both ship together.

Can I change my order, my address, or cancel?
You can change or cancel within 24 hours of ordering via live chat or support@sosobrothers.com. Your address can be changed until your order leaves the factory. If it’s already on its way, email jannis@sosobrothers.com.
WHERE IS IT MADE?
By our small team in Bangkok and Southern Thailand. We take the time to make sure every piece meets our standards.
What if something's wrong?
If you find a manufacturing defect, we replace it free of charge. If your fabric is no longer available, we’ll offer a similar one.
Returns?
Every piece is made to your specifications, so we can’t accept returns on custom products. That’s why we’re happy to help you get the size right before you order.
What's my size?
Measure a well-fitting garment similar to what you’re ordering and follow our size guides. Sizing may differ from your favorite brand, and since each piece is handmade from heavy fabric, small variations can occur. Ask us if you’re unsure. We’re your denim brothers in arms.
How can I pay
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Klarna, PayPal, and Swish. (Local options can differ).
How do I care for it?
Our fabrics are pre-shrunk, but expect some shrinkage. Wear them for at least 30 days to counter it. See our Product Care Guides.
